Metal Work

Sparks will fly!  Our dedicated metal working area enables us to do most metal fabrication. We can cut steel box frame on the saws. We can also create intricate lattice work on Aluminium using a combination of our CNC facilities, bending services, and then welding everything together. With a combination of these techniques, we are able to integrate structural elements into our props. We can also provide and consult which metals are best suited to be used within soft props to provide structure and safety.

Our lean, green, welding machine has the facility to weld both AC and DC, making welding aluminium no problem.
